I believe its a very very good decision to quit GEO and join ARY. I have banned GEO in my house because it spreads nothing but frustration. It would be very appropriate if you share those reasons in more detials that forced you to quit GEO. Its very important that GEO is fully exposed for its negative reporting. This makes it more important than a personal decision. Before you, a highly regarded anchor Mr. Shahid Masood has also did the same. May be it?s an ARY tactic to concur the market which is by far occupied by GEO. Good decision. I feel GEO's preferences have been changed. I have been watching GEO since it started but from last couple of months I stopped watching GEO. but today when i came to know that Dr. Amir Liaquat has left GEO then I have strong believe that there is something going wrong in GEO. GEO is showing its regular ramzan transmission but after leaving you group of Deobandis has captured GEO TV, as Junaid Jamsheed , Adnan Kakakhail and Some Mr. Madni is appearing on Geo Tv, in your presence many Sunni Ulema were promoted, however after your leaving i have fear that the stage will be captured by Deobandi people.

Many of the arguments and violence are related to the tribal system and I even know some people who believe that Allah (swt) created this system (Astagfuralla). I don't undertand why people are making a big deal about yourself leaving Geo as everyone has a right to think about their future and their morals and values.
